Are there setup fees?
No. Every setup fee is gone, including the $45 that used to be attached to listings and the $499 SEO and AEO rebuild. Onboarding is embedded in the monthly price on every tier. One number, start today.
I am already a member. Does my rate change?
No. If you are already a member you keep your current rate, and you keep it for as long as you stay. Nothing about your existing membership is being repriced. What is new is what sits above it: the tiers now include coaching, training and done-for-you work that were never available at any price before, so moving up is a decision about how fast you want to grow rather than a price correction.
What exactly is included in Managed Growth?
Three things, run monthly: your website built or fully revamped, your social content written and published on your channels every week, and paid ad campaigns built, launched and optimised against cost per enquiry. It also includes everything in Presence plus monthly marketing coaching. One retainer replaces a web agency, a social contractor and an ads freelancer. Ad spend is separate. The $600 covers the work of running the campaigns; the media budget is paid straight to Google, Meta or whichever platform the campaign runs on, and you set it.
How is Founding Chapter (Council Director) different from Presence?
Presence makes you findable. Founding Chapter makes you the authority. You get an exclusive territory with one director per area, monthly coaching, speaker and networking training, and a hosted council website with the director playbook. Presence is a listing plus tools. Founding Chapter is a seat.
What does territory exclusivity actually mean?
One Council Director per territory. Nobody else can hold your area while you hold it, and every member under your council pays the same standard rate, so there are no discount wars inside your own market. If your territory is already taken you go on the list for it and we will tell you honestly rather than sell you a seat that does not exist.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Ad spend is always separate on every tier that includes paid ads. The monthly price covers building, running and optimising the campaigns; the media budget goes directly to Google, Meta or whichever platform the campaign runs on. You decide what that budget is, you can change it any month, and we will tell you what we think it needs to be for your market before you commit to anything.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes, in both directions, and the ladder is designed for it. Every tier contains the one below it, so upgrading adds work we do for you rather than replacing what you already have. There are no dead ends and no re-onboarding fee.
Who qualifies for Elite?
Elite is by application at $1,999 a month, and we accept a limited number at a time. It adds one-to-one coaching, custom playbooks and the full premium AI system on top of Excellence. We cap it deliberately, because the honest constraint on this programme is how much we can deliver well, not how much we can sell.
